What does Touchline cost? ▾
£99/month or £999/year (two months free). Both give you full access to everything — there are no feature differences between plans. Annual subscribers get white-glove data migration included.
What does white-glove migration involve? ▾
You send us your existing data — spreadsheets, trackers, whatever you have — and we import it into Touchline within 48 hours. Companies, contacts, deals, assets, and historical records all mapped across and ready to use. For annual subscribers this is included. For monthly subscribers it’s available as a one-off for £199.
Is there a free trial? ▾
We don’t offer a free trial — because our onboarding is managed rather than self-serve, a trial wouldn’t give you a meaningful view of the product anyway. Instead, every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Touchline isn’t right for your club after a full month of real use, we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later? ▾
Yes, at any time. If you switch to annual billing after starting monthly, the migration service becomes included at that point. We’ll pro-rate any difference in billing. Get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Is my club’s data secure and private? ▾
Your data is completely isolated from other clubs and never shared with third parties. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. You can export everything at any time, and cancelling your subscription doesn’t delete your data — you’ll have 30 days to export before anything is removed.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Monthly subscribers retain access until the end of their billing period. Annual subscribers are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee; after that, the year’s fee is non-refundable but there’s no obligation to renew.
